The Carnival is Saturday!

Calling all Bakers and Helping Hands

Saturday, April 21 from 12-3pm  We still need LOTS of volunteers!

To make this event a success we need lots of parent help. Please **sign up here** to bake for our bake sale and/or cake walk, or take a shift in the snack shack or at the bake sale. Questions? Contact Heidi Smoot at hsmoot@sbcglobal.net.

Saturday is going to be a lot of fun! We will have many of the old favorite events, like the cake walk, face painting and more. Test how well you know our teachers, get some tinsel in your hair or show your talents at the new student Open Mic! PLUS, the Snack Shack team has another amazing menu planned. See the flyer (English/Chinese) for more details. For questions, or if want to reserve a time at the student Open Mic, e-mail Matt Lugar at matthew.lugar@gmail.com. And don’t forget, keep selling those raffle tickets; there are many amazing prizes to be given away to winners AND sellers!

Bike & Roll to School Day is Tomorrow!

Tomorrow, Thursday, April 19th is our Bike and Roll to School Day and Celebration, featuring two large group rides led by Sunset teachers and staff. One ride will depart from Sunset Playground (29th and Lawton) and the other will depart from the intersection of Taraval and Great Highway. (Click here for map.) Please arrive at your preferred location by 8:00 am to join the ride. Thank you for keeping the commute to Sunset sustainable, safe, healthy and fun!
