Rescheduled PTA Meeting & Middle School Panel
Thursday, December 13th, from 5:00-6:30pm
Please note change in schedule:
- 5:00-6:00pm APG Middle School Panel
- 6:00-6:30pm PTA Meeting with childcare provided.
All events will be held in the library. Snacks will be provided.
At the PTA meeting, our main agenda item will be discussing and voting on the play yard. Due to complications with the original play structure plan, the PTA board with support from Principal Lee and the teachers would like to discuss and vote on adding turf to the play yard. Please ParentSquare message “Sunset PTA” or email email@example.com with questions or comments. Board members will be at next week’s Coffee Chat so come talk to us then, as well!
VIP Parking Spots
Congratulations to the Siu and Inouye families! At the Gala, they won the awesome VIP parking spots in the Sunset parking lot. These two spaces are identified by a big VIP parking sign with their names on it.
Please do NOT park in these spots! They are reserved Monday-Friday from 8:00am-3:00pm. The next chance to bid on these coveted spots will be May 2019.
Help with School Tours
We’re expecting around 50 people at tomorrow’s school tour! Please join us in welcoming prospective parents after the morning bell rings. Just meet in the lounge outside the library and put on a name tag. The sign-in and welcome lasts for about 15 minutes. If you have the time, we’d love for volunteers to help stay for the tour to answer questions. Hope to see you there!
