Annual Sunset Gala and Auction

We are looking for parents with event-related skills or connections, such as:
- graphic designer
- lighting
- photographer
- photo booth
- decorations
- event rentals
- live entertainment

A successful auction needs many items, in a wide range of pricing. Please consider donating items such as gift cards to local businesses and restaurants, wine, sports tickets, theater and concert tickets, vacation stays, and membership guest passes, just to name a few! Fill out the Donation Form here.

Count-Me-In (CMI) donations help build and strengthen our community and draw upon your talents, resources and interests. CMI events or activities are hosted by a Sunset family, a group of families or staff. You set the date, time, price and number of spots available. You can choose to have your event only for adults, kids or families. This is a wonderful opportunity to have fun with members of our school community. We are in need of volunteers to help solicit items for the auctions. The more items we have, the better! If you would like to help, please let the Gala & Auction Committee know (gala@sunset-pta.org) and we will get you access to our donor database to get you started.

If you own a business and can donate gift cards, goods, or professional services, please fill out the Donation Form.

There are also opportunities to sponsor the event and market your business to our Sunset community! More information about sponsorship levels and rewards can be found in our Sponsorship Form. If you have friends or family who are small business owners, be sure to reach out to them!

We are collecting old prom photos for a fun display or slideshow at the Gala (doesn't matter if you went to prom in the '90s!). Please scan and email photos to the Gala Committee at gala@sunset-pta.org!
